Space Rental

Mifflin Avenue has a variety of rooms available for meetings, parties, community group events, wedding, baby shower, birthday parties. No Alcohol/No Drugs/No Smoking, including vapor and  e-cigarettes, is permitted in the building. All setup and cleanup is the responsibility of the person or groups using the space. Setup and cleanup is to be included with your rental request times. See all rooms available and pricing below.  If you are interested in using our building, please fill out a request form and someone will be in touch with you. Cancellation made within two weeks of event will result in a 10 per cent withholding of payment.

John Wesley Room including attached kitchen

(limited accessibility by chairlift)
$40 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. The room seats up to 50 people. This is an Air Conditioned Room.

Gym

(accessible by steps only)
Gym Sporting Use-$30 per hour for sporting events involving no food.
Gym Event Use-$125 minimum for 3 hours, $25 per each additional hour. Tables and chairs are available for use. Food is permitted. *Additional charge may be made for groups larger than 75 people.

Gym Kitchen

(accessible by steps only)
Event Use-3 Hour Minimum $250, $50 per  each additional hour. For commercial and on going use, pricing and further details are available upon request.

Sanctuary

(accessible by chairlift)
The Sanctuary seats 500+ people and has good acoustics. Pricing and further details are available upon request.

Whitney Room

$25 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. The room seats up to 30 people. No food.
